Hi, I'm creating a startup and we're moving into website development next week. I have a logo in the works but will need some ongoing help to develop some basic brand guidelines (color palette, etc), create a format for newsletters and other brand comms, etc. Work will ebb and flow with some weeks requiring up to 10 hours of time, and other weeks will be slow / none. The site doesn't launch until August but I'd like to find the right person who can freelance on an ongoing basis once we get up and running. Looking for North American help as I don't want to work around big time zone differences. Thanks!

I am looking for a talented and meticulous photo retoucher to edit my corporate headshots and environmental portraits. I usually do this myself for my photography work, but I'm interested in outsourcing to someone who may be able to do it more efficiently and with as much quality as me. I am looking to have the retoucher receive the RAW files and remove blemishes, stray hairs, and correct color and contrast. Edits should be done in Photoshop, with the layers saved as TIFF files with layers so that I can go back and make adjustments if needed. Projects will range from 3 to 30 images. Turnaround should always be within 5 business days. The images are well lit and the intended "feel" is already there out of the camera, so we're just talking about moderate portrait clean up. Your style should be realistic and clean (people shouldn't look at the image and think "that was photoshopped"). Note: I am very particular about how the edits look, but am willing to communicate with the retoucher to convey my style. If we don't match stylistically, this isn't going to work (and that's okay, plenty of fish in the sea, right?) Since this would most likely be done remotely, having a file transfer system is a must.
