Overview Shine On conducts installations under the VEET (Victorian Energy Efficiency Target Scheme) program. The installations involve exchanging old incandescent LED reflector lamps with new energy saving LED reflectors in residential properties. Business is generated by contractors through door knocking; these contractors also facilitate the installation. The VEET program requires that a series of photos of the pre-existing lamps must be taken prior to conducting the installation. These photos must be geotagged, and filed in a folder that has the installation address as the name. The requirement is to develop an Apple and Android based mobile app to support collection and filing of installation photos. These photos need to be stored in a folder, either directly on Shine On servers or in the cloud. Each contractor will require their own login and folder on the server/cloud. The installation photos must be stored in folders that are named after the installation address. Suggested process flow as follows: • Contractor supplied with login details • Contractor logs into the app (once logged in, they should remain logged in) • Contractor establishes a lead and prepares for installation • App prompts for property address • Basic address validation occurs • App ensures location services are active, to ensure geotagging will occur • App sets image capture resolution to agreed size • App prompts user to take required photos (Several different images are required: the app must lead the user through each photo type) • Contractor captures required photos • App validates all images are geo tagged • App provides quick overview of captured photos, ensuring all images are geotagged and all requirements have been met • User confirms photos are complete • App generates new folder on server/cloud under the contractor’s account name; the folder name is the address. • App saves images to new folder

So the app that we are looking to build would be similar to You Visit. Finished tour would be more like this: It would first work with the camera on the users phone to take panoramic photos and stich them into 360's but should also work with our camera and other 360 cameras. We want a Camera very similar to google cardboard camera in terms of layout and function. Exactly like it actually. Tours would be Only Limit to Just 360, panoramic and photos with a link to maps and google street view for address that would let the user explore the neighborhood. The app would require the MLS# then pull the data from MLS to pre-populate the required rooms for the tour and then prompt the user to shoot the house with pics and 360 pano’s from the outside front of house through the rooms and features listed in the MLS listing. Then when completed ask for any special rooms or features they want to add. It should also tie into google street view for the map feature and make a listing page that can be printed. When the our is completed it should allow for multiple options to publish and promote the tour/listing. Primary publish points are Facebook, Google Cardboard, and Google street view. But as many social media posts as possible is the goal. So Twitter, Linked in and Pinterest are also important. The tour/listing Should allow users to use cardboard to view the tour and navigate within the headset to the rooms in the our and also to the pictures of each room as well. It should also work without the headset by navigating with the arrow keys and mouse. Think of the tour/listing as an add unit, and the app as an add server. We need the ability for people to share the listing as well as communicate views shares etc. on social media etc. The users should be able to contact the realtor from the tour/listing and see more listings from the realtor. Prompt them to download our app. In the Homeviewer app, each listing should also post to our app, They should be listed by zip code and sorted by date and time. Each new listing in the zip code should push down older listings in the list. Realtors should get notified when their listing has dropped spots and be offered the ability to bump the listing up to the top for a fee. 1.00. Also a fee to hold the number one spot in a zip code. Ability to highlight a listing somehow would also be good. On the back end some sort of Social CRM system that allows to track and push and respond to connects they send listings too, like add their contacts and push emails with their new listing or listings in a zip code and track responses etc. Doesn’t have to be robust in the first version but obviously adding features will be important. The VR portion is important as is google street view but equally if not more important is the ability to post to social media and to use google cardboard headsets they distribute to clients that will log into their listings/tours. Also the ability to track leads and convert them to sales and manage that process is very important. .
