We need a hand completing our integration between Pipedrive, Acuity Scheduling, and Google Calendar.
This is a one-time job, with the OPPORTUNITY FOR LOST MORE WORK if it's completed perfectly.
Here's what we need:
When new appointments are scheduled in Acuity, do this:
1) Create new person in Pipedrive (if they do not already exist)
2) Create new deal for the person with specific deal name
3) Create Pipedrive activity for the appointment
And here's the part we're having trouble with:
***4) If appointment cancels through Acuity, clear out the appointment in Pipedrive too
5) Assign this Pipedrive activity to the same User it's booked under in Acuity
All this is mostly completed and sync'd with the appropriate Google Calendars right now but there are a few bugs.
I'd like to go over the problem with you on Skype before implementing so everyone is on the same page. After the project is complete, we can keep you on retainer for a while in case any problems pop up.
And again, depending on how smoothly this goes, we have a handful of other integrations we're looking to complete. But we will start with this (somewhat) simple one first :)
