I'm a sales executive and am hiring a sales assistant. I will be hiring you for a "test phase" for 2 weeks to 1 month, for around 10-20 hour per week, and providing you with certain tasks to accomplish. If after the test phase I think you are the correct fit for the job, the job will be longer term.
