I need someone to help in assisting with phone calls for a service department. I am going to start out small with the work load and it can turn into more work. Tasks that need to be done: 1. Check our dropbox inbox, here we have files that are scanned in and they need to be named and filed properly in our dropbox. 2. out bound calls to past customers to try to get them to re book with us. This would be the first job I would like to start with. 3. Call reminders, check the calendar each day and make an outbound call to the customer to remind them of their appointment for tomorrow. Make notes in our software. 4. Call follow up, at the end of each day call the customer and follow up with them to see how the job went. If there was a concern it needs to be emailed over to me. Notes will be put into our system. Must be able to use a web based scheduler and be able to make out going calls - we will set up either a skype, google voice or magicjack account for you to use remotely. If all goes well we could set up a block of hours during the day to answer the phones for us and book appointments etc. I would like to set up a test phone call for you to call me so we can test a script out. I would like for you to pretend you already work for me and to call me with the script below. This is a test to see how well you can follow directions and how you sound on the phone. hi there, I need someone to manage tasks between different aspects of my life and maintain a master trello board. This will also involve data entry, tracking emails and appointments and helping me to make sure that I connect with contacts.
