The Upwork Customer Service Team is looking for a new member that will be responsible for writing and/or creating, editing and developing internal help page/internal knowledgebase materials for the Upwork Customer Service team. You will mainly be responsible for creating knowledgebase articles, with the potential of the role expanding to conducting live training for new hires on the Operations Team, in the future. Requirements: - Upwork platform expertise, and Upwork customer service process expertise a huge plus - 3+ experience in customer service - excellent verbal and written skills - fantastic presentation skills, both written and verbal - able to work during Pacific business hours - expertise in Google docs and slides Please answer the questions in the job posting, to apply.
