We have a Revit base model. Our client has overlaid a lighting plan based on the plans of this model. (See the dropbox link at the end)
We would like someone in our off hours, over the course of what remains of this week, to develop the electrical/mechanical (MEP) plans of each floor, checking out a new model each day after 7pm PST, (2 am GMT) and checking it back in before 7am PST (2pm GMT). Each day I will review progress and redline and comment if necessary.
The MEP plans should include: Switches, Outlets, Fixtures, Wiring and our general notes. The panel location, and the water heater location, will be under the stairs on the first floor. The lighting elements should be 3d elements: mostly recessed mini-cans and pendants where singular lights are present. The wiring can be 2D symbolic. If you are familair with the California Plumbing and Electrical code and feel confident laying out the plumbing and electrical with minimal direction, that is a bonus.
We will provide a template file that has our standard electrical notes, and symbols in a legend.
I would like to have these plans completed by the end of this week, i.e. the morning of May 27th, PST.
Upon hiring, we will share a link to this file that is write enabled:
Thank you for you consideration.
