Background Our client has daily email blast service covering a niche market with daily news in their industry, due to the type of audience and industry they cover they don’t operate a website, and their core focus is the email blast. There are number of challenges we face on the email blast as well a list of upgrades they wish to male on it. They currently use mail chimp pro package, which is so far not solving many of the issues or is not properly set up.
