We're looking for a developer to create a software that will create an adhoc connection from a Raspberry Pi to a Windows 10, ideally Surface Pro tablet, and keep trying to connect until connection is made. And give a fixed IP.
So that we can do local IP calls from the tablet to the Pi.
Also want it to work between 2 Windows machines, so can connect 2 Windows machines via adhoc with a fixed IP.
We have a web / desktop application, that sends local IP calls to another PC, like http://192.168.0.3/?query=1234 and we need a closed network call to another PC.
If the Computers switch off, when they are turned on, they should automatically reconnect, and so if any new local URL calls are made the connection will always be on automatically.
So need software script developed to get this done, and tested so that it is robust, and will never fail!
