My company places a product order each week. We essentially print a bunch of different designs and use an order template (sample attached). What I'm trying to do is find a way to reduce my print runs to every other week. This would provide a cost savings from both a shipping and printing standpoint. My goal is to find a way to essentially create our order form online so that the data goes into a forecasting database of sorts that helps us predict the stock and quantities we need. The goal is to move to an every other week ordering timeline. In addition, one detail about the attached order form is that each state is tied to a subsequent tab. Meaning, you can print out an individual tab and see all the product ordered for each state. In excel this is a very manual process any time we create a new product or state and I'd like to automate it somehow. Happy to explain more if need be. How would you achieve these goals and how quickly could it be done?
