I have a big project for Unity 3D.
I need to complete this project in 20 weeks.
Developer should have to know wide range knowledge in Unity 3D.
Project is building a karaoke VR app using Unity and running on the HTC Vive.
Firstly I will test to enable users to sing through a USB microphone connected to the PC running the app and have their voice come out amplified through the PC speakers. As of now, using the built-in Unity microphone features, I am seeing unacceptable lag/latency of 220 msec.
I need to find a way to reduce this to under 40 msec.

This may require clever settings within Unity or building a separate Windows DLL.

I just need a mic running through Unity on a Windows PC with under 40msex latency. Ready to start ASAP. I would expect this to be an 8-16 hour test. I can send a small Unity project to demonstrate for test.
