We are a large company that are looking for an expert to review and improve existing Buck DC/DC electronic design. The goal is to design a Buck DC/DC converter with low heat losses, acceptable cost, small footprint and low ripple. We are currently using a working design that needs the improvement here mentioned and we do need a very experienced engineer in power electronics. Details: Max operating voltage: 100V Max operating current: 15A Max operating power: 350W. The actual second DC side is a dump resistor of 1ohm. This is a work for an Advanced engineer with experience in power conversion. For more details, please feel free to contact me

Hi there, I'm looking for a high speed digital design expert to assist in the creation of some training materials. I'm in the process of creating a large design for EMC compliance course, and several of the modules are focused on high speed digital design and how it relates to radiated and conducted EMC performance. Your job will be to prepare powerpoint presentations that I will narrate. Your credentials: - 8+ years digital design experience - Experience with signal integrity optimization - Experience with board level simulations (e.g. spice, Hyperlynx) - PDN optimization experience (Hyperlynx or similar) - Familiar with industry standard textbooks/courses on signal integrity + digital design (Howard Johnson etc..) - Strong theoretical understanding of signal integrity - High attention to detail - Report/academic writing experience: Ideally you've been involved with writing technical reports or whitepapers. - Nice to have: Understanding of EMC design and theory. The...

I have a project that is using an intel Edison Arduino breakout board and Arduino Uno. I need it miniaturized on it's own PCB and micro-controller. The Arduino has 2 servos attached to it so I need something to make sure they work well too. If you know a better way to make this that doesn't involve Fritzing I am open to listening to your solution.

A large number of failures have been observed in the power factor correction capacitors of wind turbines. Additionally, failures in the contactors, contactor pre-insertion resistors, fuses and capacitor discharge resistors have been observed. Circuit modelling is required to identify expected levels of inrush, terminal voltages and other operational parameters. A series of simulations are required to simulate the following conditions. All simulations shall be run as three phase simulations with voltages measured as line to line quantities unless line to earth values are of specific interest. 1. Switching transients with and without pre-insertion resistors. These simulations shall consider variation in the point on the switching wave that 22K1 is opened or closed. It is anticipated that the worst-case switching transients will occur when the 14th bank is switched into service and 13 banks are already in service, so this particular condition shall be simulated along with any...

I am looking for someone to design, and build a control board for a mini piezoelectric pump from dolomite, in a Pulse Width Modulation way. It should ideally be usb powered as that's what the one from the provider does, and the bigger goal is to have a ui to control it. Specs on the pump: 4 wires ribbon cable. http://www.dolomite-microfluidics.com/webshop/oem-components-piezo-pumps-c-60_63/stainless-steel-piezoelectric-pump-with-tube-barbs-p-232 Specs on the control board are input voltage: 5v output frequency: 1-350Hz output voltage: +/- 10V to +/- 80v (1v resolution) power consumptin: 85mW (at 100hz, +/- 60hz)

Features; - ESP8266 (ESP-01 is suitable but you can use any version with a pcb antenna) - Battery powered (we designed the battery, only battery pins needed, battery size is 50mm x 60mm x 3mm 1000-1400mah) - Charge board (TP4056 is suitable but you can use any module) - Slider switch that can cut the current from battery - Programmable via same mini-USB port for charging - No bigger than 25mm x 50 mm (as small as possible is better since it will be put into a id badge) I designed the software and compiled a prototype but I need the final product in a professional manner. It will be produced in a small scale but if demo success than we can produce a bigger batch.

Electrical Engineer needed to make a printed circuit board for a product that is currently under development. The product is complete, with the exception of the circuit board and ready for prototyping. I prefer someone who is located in the United States and a fluent speaker of English. I am currently working with a product engineer and part of the responsibilities of anyone hired will be to collaborate with my product engineer to make the PCB. Must have experience with Solidworks and have the ability to export 3d files (IDF Files) into Solidworks.

I'm looking for a microcontroller developer for my DIY project. My project is about electronic clock based on old age numeric tubes showing digits from 0 to 9. Two microcontrollers applications to be developed: one for the clock based on just one numeric tube and the second for the clock with six numeric tubes. What I have ready so far: detailed technical specification, electronic circuit diagrams, PCB designs. Now microcontollers codes are required. You have to be skilled in microcontrollers programming, circuits design, PCB design and have proven experience records.

Need an experienced dynamic small electronics engineering expert to help with my invention. My invention is a design change and unique idea for a Bluetooth headset, so need someone creative who understands electronics and ergonomics. I am a business expert with almost 20 years experience, however I want to bring my idea to market with someone who understands startups. At worst, we will create something fun and make new friends. At best it will get patented, licensed or even go the Kickstarter route. All involved will have to sign NDA and Non-Compete for the product and need to be willing to work as a team. Project requires pulling apart Bluetooth headsets, identifying components and their sources. Assessing quality and source manufacturer or reseller of components. Second stage will be to discuss findings with management and recommend either sourcing all components in existing state off the shelf, or redesigning chip board, hardware locations, etc for use in the invention....
