WhatUsersDo is looking for someone to be the sys admin for our Salesforce CRM system. Though the terms are flexible, we're initially looking to hire someone who could provide services for approx. 1 day a week.
Our requirements include:
1.) Ad-hoc requests for fixing/updating the system when issues or errors occur
2.) Creation of reports, dashboards, etc. to help us get more out of Salesforce
3.) General admin and maintenance of Salesforce such as duplicate record removal, etc.
4.) Implementing processes to keep things running smoothly (workflows, etc.)
Salesforce is currently handled in-house, however we want to essentially outsource Admin duties to an expert who can help us fix any current issues with our set up and help us get more out of the system. And stop us from breaking things :)
