I would need someone that is experienced in forming a S-Corp in New York. I use to be an accountant before becoming a entrepreneur so I am familiar with a lot of tax laws and procedures. I'm trying to form a company with 2 other partners. It would be three of us and I would be the biggest shareholder. Looking for advice on by law drafting, profit sharing, partnership agreements, and financial planning for future loans. I'm a solo practitioner in New York City. My practice is primarily residential real estate (transactional) but I am court-appointed guardian for several individuals so I end up needing to prepare occasional motions and then settling orders on notice. I have difficulty with the motions / orders, and spend a lot of time worrying about, revising, and then serving the proper parties and need someone who can help me take the info and plug it into (and be able to change/correct along the way) essentially boilerplate motions/orders. They need to be tailored by someone who understands the requirements. I'm looking for someone who can help organize me, prepare and update my motions/orders, and prepare them for me to print/collate/mail. I also need help with the residential real estate work, but since I use form automation software to prepare much of that (contracts, deed, transfer docs), I am not sure how a virtual paralegal would be able to help me but I am open to suggestions and am looking for someone creative enough to help me make that happen. I have only a couple motions/orders that need to be worked on currently and the need is not consistent, so I probably need someone available on an "as needed" basis, but if you can help with the real estate transactions, the need for your help might be more consistent.
