Attorney who owns his own law firm is seeking a VA/legal assistant or paralegal to perform research, administrative, billing and document drafting tasks.
Preference given to experience with Massachusetts Laws and or previous legal research experience. Local and relevant legal content writing and creation for active blog is needed as well
-Ability to integrate content and manage social media platforms is not a must, but preference given.
-Ability to use and work with Project Management Software and Legal Billing software
-Phone availability and ability to make outbound calls. I will provide you a company email address
-Flexible but understood hours when both parties know availability
-EFFICIENT, SMART AND CREATIVE. Hard Work and doing the job properly with minimal or after an initial explanation is the purpose of the role.
-Microsoft Office capabilities and proficiency a must
-Ability to draft legal documents, create and use existing templates, letterhead
-help manage Airbnb and Ebay/Amazon
-Web Dev experience is important but not a must
-Accounting skills and tracking documents, billing and admin related skills
-ability to use Gmail, skype, asana, craigslist, westlaw, lexisnexis, msword, adobe illustrator, wordpress, airbnb, efax, Clio, text, screen share, twitter, youtube, linkedin,
