My company is looking for a full time Liquidation Manager. The following tasks will be completed every day for the Liquidation Managers (LMs). Some of the following tasks will have set times that they are completed every single day (i.e. Review Pipeline Reports, morning meetings, calling agents, and calling cash buyers), some tasks will be completed only when a house is under contract and will not necessarily have a set schedule (sending out deal emails, calling correct sub-list to let them know we have a house under contract, calling agents in the geographic area surrounding the house under contract, etc.). High attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability is required. Time is always limited, so we will be trying to accomplish as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. General Tasks: Morning update, returning calls, outbound prospecting (real estate agents), relationship management, deal marketing, and transaction facilitation.

Basically we would like to develop a software (web or desktop) that allows for easy collection of all data in a soccer match based on video of said game. A good reference for this is OPTA, if you have developed something like this in the past that would be great to know as well as potential budgets that would be required. An interface for example that allows a user to input quickly via keyboard and mouse every time the balls gets passed, kicked, etc... and on what part of the pitch the event happened is basically the idea. It would need to use live video and ideally a superposition of live video on top of the pitch to draw trajectories, which would be the tricky part. Alternatively the video could be placed on top of the pitch graph. Alternatively a methodology like this would be potentially suitable. Bear in mind timestamps for the events would have to be linked to the video/game's time. Also this is what it would look like if video was superimposed onto pitch on screen, this would be an important option also:

We are looking to hire you to help us remove duplicate orders from our new WooCommerce shopping cart. Please let me explain where we are in our migration process, then you can let me know if you are able to assist us. As well, we would need to know the approximate cost of your services. We have Magento store at and a new WooCommerce store at Both stores are hosted on the same server and we have FTP access and knowledgable Tech Support there. LitExtension migration software is installed and working. We purchased LitExtension and have receipt for litextension purchase. Magenta store links are redirected to WooCommerce store, however, we still have access to Both stores are currently live, however, all orders have been coming via WooCommerce store since June 6, 2016. To be clear, orders since June 6th in the WooCommerce store need to remain there. We can provide the order numbers. These orders are the most recent in that cart. In the Magento store we have 5500 orders from the past. The oldest order is from 2010. Our developer attempted to migrate all orders over from Magento to WooCommerce, and Woo now has 8204 orders in the system. This is incorrect and contains duplicates. Here’s what we need… 1. Verify WooCommerce cart includes all orders from Magento. 2. Remove all duplicate orders from WooCommerce. 3. Map legacy product sales contained in the Magento orders into existing categories. 4. Maintain the WooCommerce orders that were placed on Woo cart since June 6th. We do not want to import any products, categories, passwords, etc. We understand that we may have to do some product mapping since WooCommerce products are not identical to the Magento products that are contained on the orders we are migrating. This should be straight forward since we only have 5 product categories to map those legacy sales to. Our goal is to maintain accurate reporting of all sales so that reports run on Woo will match the same reports (legacy date range) on Magento. Looking forward to your response. Please let us know if you have any questions or need further information.
