Looking to put together a well-balanced 6-recipe per week slow cooker (crockpot) freezer meal plan. Looking for a 2 week menu (12 recipes) as a test. Recipes do not have to be original (but you MUST include your sources). Each recipe should include a description/introduction of 10-25 words, which MUST be original. It's okay to modify ingredients in a recipe to make them freezer-friendly. Freezer friendly means no dairy, no leafy green vegetable or soft vegetable like cucumbers, etc that cook in the slow cooker. These are meals that will be prepared over the weekend and frozen until the day it is cooked.
For each week, please include one meatless recipe and at least one or more chicken recipes. Ethnic recipes are okay. Prefer recipes to have 8-15 ingredients that are common in the US. Each meal should feed 4 (up to 6)
You must be familiar with slow cooking and menu planning. A registered nutritionist/dietician is preferred. Would like to create a meal plan for the remainder of the year. This means that there will be fall, winter and holiday themed meal plans for each week through the remainder of the year. Let me know how much you'll charge for the project.
Meal plans should including the following:
1. Name of slow cooker recipe
2. Short description/introduction (must be original)
3. Serving size
5. Cooking instructions (LOW and HIGH settings)
6. What to serve the meal with i.e. rice, pasta, bread, salad, fruit, etc
