Online Furniture company seeking Part time or Full time customer support manager (20-40 Hrs weekly).
Candidate must be well versed in handling time sensitive pre/ post sale customer support matters pertaining to our online sales (eBay, Amazon, Houzz, Big commerce), as well as our phone sales . Candidate should be ready and able to jump right in with minimal training. The right person will be highly organized with super fast response time in handling large volume of emails, and has a clear knowledge and up to date experience selling and managing orders on eBay, Amazon, Big commerce and phones. Experience in scheduling shipments, shopping shipping rates and managing orders/ shipments is a big plus.
1. Managing all customer support tickets in a timely manner through all of our online outlets: eBay, Amazon, Houzz, Big commerce, phone support.
2. Managing Returns
3. Filing/managing shipping claims & follow up
4. Managing and keeping track of all open and closed support tickets in real time.
5. Shopping shipping rates, booking shipments, managing and keeping track of all shipping data in real time.
6. Upload tracking details to online selling outlets in real time
7. Update Quick Books online in real time
8. Answer calls and return calls that pertain to customer support tickets
9. Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) and possess excellent customer service/people skills.
