I am looking for someone to organise my business! This role is a mix between a VA and an Office Manager.
I run a fast growing, young, dynamic and fun Accounting firm! I am looking for someone who is organised and pro active to join my team!
Included, but not limited to the following tasks:
1 Managing email - Respond on my behalf
2 Managing my workflow - Prioritising current jobs, notifying me of which clients are outstanding and following up obtaining the documentation from the client
3 Managing my diary and client appointments - Dealing with meeting invitations from others, scheduling appointments with clients and helping to plan events.
4 Chasing business - Prioritizing potential business opportunities, scouting and organizing speaking opportunities, publicity opportunities
5 Research: Competitors, Travel
6 Tracking marketing campaigns
