Greetings, We currently have Asterisk running on server that is powering our phone system. Occasionally we get call jitters or have other quality issues. We're looking for someone to help us manage that machine and help us maintain a high quality phone system. 2-5 hours per week. The chosen person would also regularly ensure security and test to make sure all modules are working correctly. Experience with iSymphony is required. We also need help in creating comprehensive call center reports using CDR. We are trying to implement Humbug call management so experience with that would be ideal as well.

We require an expert level developer-engineer with technical ability & high level of knowledge in the development of VoIP/SIP hosted telecoms platforms IP-PBX such as FreeSwitch or other (Asterisk, etc). We are creating a Call Tracking platform with our backend connecting into Simwood. Rather than API to them, then create a script from their CDR to quirey on our local mysql DB, we have been advised to opt for creating a VoIP Switch and utilise SIP to connect to our wholesale provider. Our intention after the Call Tracking solution was always to later add Outbound (ie; SIP trunks & hosted IP-PBX) Seats and mobile offerings, etc, enabling us to create a 1-Stop Comms portal for our customers with Simwood behind this. If you have the high level knowledge and experience in the developing of Hosted IP-PBX platforms, Call Tracking platforms, FreeSwitch or other, please get on touch
