I am looking for a suitably qualified Asterisk developer who can setup & manage a robust auto dialler/ predictive dialler solution for our new call centre that we are setting up. We aim to integrate with Zoho CRM or alike. We are initially looking for someone to guide us through to the right solution & assist us to deploy the solution. There will obviously be some requirements for ongoing maintenance & upgrades as time passes.

We have already configured a Asterisk 13.6.0 with FreePBX in a Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (cloud server in Linode) but we need to finish setting some things like the following: -The biggest current problem we want to solve is that external calls are working properly, now sometimes when we make a call to the external number the other person listens to us but we can not do it and sometimes it happens the other way around, so we researched and apparently the best solution is to configure the NAT of our asterisk or maybe some other solucion would be to configure a server STUN or ICE -Fax Configuration (spandsp) -Queue configuration as completely as possible.

Hello, We are looking to set up a cloud based VoIP solution for enterprise customers. People that we have consulted suggest that we use FreeSwitch as a platform with Kamailio, Kazoo and ASTPP as the billing platform. To provide you some insight, we are currently a telephone interconnect company and our clients use our on-site PBX systems and we are now making the move to cloud based solutions. If we wish to offer the full suite of functions such as call recording, find-me-follow-me, call distribution (ACD) and related contact center reporting, unified communications (UC) including presence, chat, BLF, video, soft operator console, APIs, telephone provisioning, etc. Note that we will be managing the solution for our clients thus a client facing GUI will not be required. We want a complete solution including all of the functionality expected in the modern enterprise scenarios. We need to be able to bring SIP trunking to the hosted solution and as well to manage SIP trunks for our on premise systems that wish to use SIP trunks. In some cases, the SIP trunks may be delivered by way of ATA adapters to our legacy PBX systems. Within our solution, we will want to be able have our own API in order to easily integrate with client applications (CRM, ERP etc.). This can be viewed as a separate piece of the project that may be handled by another contractor depending on availabilities and knowledge. Is it possible to have what would you evaluate in terms of time required to set up such a solution? Based on the above noted solutions, what do you feel might be missing in order to complete the project? Please feel free to let us know if there are any parts of our project that you are not at ease with on a technical level. We are willing to split up the project based on competencies and availability. We would like to launch our project as soon as we can whilst not cutting any corners. We look forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience and perhaps then, we can organise a telephone call. Regards.

Have an Elastix PBX that build myselve, but still needs fine tunning in various areas like security, remote extensions, update, backup, ect , ect. Need somebody how will be willing to work with me via teamviewer so I can learn and time comes to grow or build the next pbx, I will know how to configure the pbx, PREFERABLY somebody how speaks Spanish like me. Here are some of the needed tasks 1. Improve security (change some of default ports for remote extensions, make sure Fire Wall is as strong as it can be) 2. Some remote extensions disconnect for an unknown reason, find reason why and correct. 3. Sometimes PSTN lines get stock even when call is all ready drop or hand up, find reason why and correct.. 4. Noojee Click extension is not recording as programed 5. Update without messing setting, backup and other miscelanious elastix tasks I still need to learn that are piece of cake for a Elastix Expert.

We would like to have a corporate phone system. We would like to use Asterisk, specifically Incredible PBX due to the fact that it is relatively easy to administer. I have a Dell R730 server running Windows Server 2012R2 on which to host the VM that will run it. This is VM we are interested in running: Please let me know you have downloaded image of file in the article. The only problem is that the OVA image won't work for us because we have found that virtualbox is unstable on our system. All our VMs are hyper-v which are more capable and offer better performance in Windows. There are utilities which will convert a VirtualBox image to hyper-v image of a VM. I'll let pick which one to use. Also we need a SIP trunk provider. I am thinking about Sigmavoip but I am open to suggestions. Then all I ask is that you get it up and running and teach me how to use it. We want support for 3 types of phones. I would be surprised if this takes you more than a day. We are almost there as it is and I am pretty sophisticated technically. I just haven't done this before. 1. SIP-T48G Ultra-elegant Gigabit IP Phone We definitely want HD voice turned on. That's a huge feature for us. We definitely want AES/SRTP or stronger encryption enabled. We want to get the most out of these really nice phones 2. VOIP Apps running on mobile devices 3. "Soft phones" which are virtual phones running in HTML5 browsers The need is kind of urgent so the sooner the better. I will kneed to know how to administer it.
