I am a full-time Internet marketer and I need some part-time help.
I sell software and I need someone to handle customer support and light tech support.
Primary task will be answering customer support tickets--anything from didn't get login info or product access to process refunds, to first-level tech issues.
This involves logging into membership site to check, create, and/or edit user account and product access then reply to the ticket.
because I sell software, there will be tech support issues ranging from can't install plugin/software to it's not working right on my site or I can't get license key to activate.
Your job for those is to do basic troubleshooting--provide suggestions for how to fix (I will create premade steps you can paste in to have them try for common problems) and if that does not work get Wordpress and/or FTP/Cpanel login access from them to check it out.
