I need a Google Sheets experienced professional, My Not for Profit service needs to take statistics of it clients. We have chosen to use a Google form to add the data into 2 Google sheets. We have separate entry and exit forms. We need to add a unique file number to the the entry form that will allow us to cross reference from when the entry is done and the exit is done. The exit will not happen in the same order as the entry. The Google forms are ready, the Spreadsheets are ready also. I can send shareable versions of the forms and sheets. We're looking to create several large forms using HTML/CSS/JS/PHP and need their values to be passed to Google Sheets. In addition, a few fields will be passed to Mailchimp. Both accounts on Google/Mailchimp are already created, and the forms just need to be re-created as they're currently made through a form service and as a consequence of that we can't create custom fields. The forms are simple - just text inputs, textareas, radios, selects, and date inputs.
