I am looking for a designer that could help me design the protective case for an electronic board (about 10 x 10 x 1,5 cm). The design we are looking for should be simple, sturdy and functional. Would you be interested? If so, how should we proceed with conversations? I'd also be interested in listening on how you usually charge for services like this.

We are looking to launch a line of ladies clutch/wallet on Kickstarter. We want to develop a clutch/wallet that has two primary USPs. One that it is customizable and two that it can charge your mobile phone. We have the rough/initial line drawings for the design and functionality but need someone to - 1. Develop the electronic side of things and how it would integrate into the clutch. 2. Produce prototype ready drawings. 3. Preferably have prototype manufacturing capabilities (previous experience with competent manufacturers) 4. After prototyping - test, troubleshoot, refine and redesign as required. We are looking for a freelancer that has developed mobile charging products in the past - this is crucial. Also, we need someone familiar with manufacturing in Asia, so that the parts used in the prototype can be easily manufactured in mass quantities in Asia with their factories' existing resources. We don't want a situation where a perfect prototype is developed but mass manufacturers in Asia are clueless about the parts and the machines involved in manufacturing them. They need to be able to make use of technology available to them - which in effect makes it important for you to know what is easily available to them in order to keep costs low. Please apply only if you are able to commit to making the design and drawings 'prototype-ready' within a weeks time and you have experience working with mass manufacturing vendors in Asia in the field of mobile electronics.

*Possible long term retainer work* I am looking to find a technical writer to help in the moderation / editing of a series of Blog posts, white papers and eBooks for 2 of my clients. Both projects can be split up in relation to experience. All content pieces will be pre-keyworded so now keyword research will be needed. Client one sells electrical switchgear across the globe. Client two sells automation systems to warehouse and distribution units in Europe and Asia. We use a Hubspot (marketing automation tool) for both clients so experience in Hubspot is a plus but in no way a necessity. The majority of topics within blog posts we do are not directed towards products offered by the client; but suited towards the pain points, challenges and goals of each industry so knowledge of each industry per client is also a major bonus. I look forward to your applications and thank you all for applying.

I'm looking for a product designer to assist in developing a way of creating a Golf Ball with a unique core in the middle. The object I want to place in the core isn't round, so needs to either be cast into it's own unique round casing and then placed directly into the centre of the ball as the other outer cores are added, or something similar. The object is also cylindrical in shape, so will need to be weight balanced to get the best possible even weight distribution. The current production method involves poring a liquid into a mould, and then adding layers over top of that. I need to sit the special inner core into the main core so it is centred and perfectly balanced in the middle. In terms of the actual materials used for the golf ball I am very flexible. I'm not too worried what it is as long as we can prove the core is completely centred and that the process can be easily scaled up to mass production. Here are some references to the materials used in golf balls - http://sportsnscience.utah.edu/2012/08/20/golf-ball-technical/ http://www.chemistryislife.com/the-chemistry-of-a-golf For more info on what the core actually is, please contact me and be prepared to sign an NDA.

I have a concept for a standing desk. I need someone to take the concept further for me and make it a reality. I will supply an initial Sketchup design. Basic but it covers the concept. You will explore the concept and see what can be done to improve it. The end goal being a product in full production. Careful consideration needs to be paid to the final packing configuration of the desk for transport/shipping. The locking mechanism needs to be developed to not mark the steel post( more explained later). The materials need to be explored for thickness and suitability, size and weight. Different finishes and colours. Management of cabling up the back of the desk. Balance and stability. And of course ergonomics. I am looking for someone with experience designing modular furniture. Someone with experience seeing a product through from idea to full production. Looking forward to seeing your responses
