i have a 3040 cnc machine here i just got from ebay. i want to make pcbs with it and have everything installed including mach 3. everything runs great. i even know how to make the necessary g-code files. but i have a few problems how deep my cnc goes to drill/scaling/finding the board outline file. it only barely goes downwards in the z axis, it doesnt make much of a hole... also, scaling, how can i make it as big as its supposed to be? i know in mach3 you can scale it but its by percentages lol and how can i get the board outline file? thanks oh and one more thing, when i import the g-code into mach3 there's no way i can make the edge of the board line up with the edge of my cutting area, it just stays half way on the cutting area and half way off. when i try to move it all it does is extends itself lol if you can answer these questions and maybe even help me at the same time im trying to figure it out (live) then that would be great. you must have knowledge about...

Hi, I am looking for an industrial designer to develop conceptual renderings of a cello case. The design needs to be light, protective and obscenely good looking! Specifically: - Scratch resistant - Lightweight - Rigid (crush-proof) - Wheels - Hinged lid - Carry strap - Pull handle - Rubber stops (for when case is placed on the ground) The case should accommodate a full size cello plus 80 mm of engineered foam. The scope of this project is the conceptual design of the external case only. Internals will be done later.

Hello! I have a new idea which I would like to bring to reality. This is a new product which I can discuss openly once we have agreed on the fees, however, to be more specific the job is that I would require someone to assist in gathering some initial work such as listing the components necessary for the product along with a price estimate, in addition, to providing a list of major components I would need a rough cost estimate for production quantities and also the rough cost for prototyping. I will also require details on the costs involved for firmware programming and smartphone app programming (however, the latter is not very important if not attainable) I need someone with an electrical engineering background, who is very familiar with bluetooth and m2m related modules and components, and someone who is aware of the latest technologies available. The concept and objective of the product are available, and I would like to know if this is something can be achievable or...

We have a design for small wearable sensor that was to be worn on the wrist. We've had 500 testing devices produced and now we're looking to redesign it so that it can also be comfortably gripped in the hand. The internal specs will stay the same because we only want to improve the external aesthetics and form factor. We're looking to start with conceptual sketches and then narrow down on 2 rough directions and then a final design. Deliverables include: sketches, 3D rendered images, files for 3D printing mockups and final production CAD designs. You should have experience with consumer friendly products. Familiarity with electronics and rubberized materials is a plus.
