I will provide the specific individual training topics. I am looking for a 1000-1500 word article based on the specific training topic I provide. The article needs to be written from a corporate mindset but sensible enough to translate to people on the ground. From the construction industry, manufacturing industry through a lab setting, we deal with many industries so the writing needs to have a broad appeal, we are not looking for industry specific safety. Along with writing the article, we need you to create some sample interview questions based on the supplied topic. I need someone with a corporate mindset but also the realization that most topics are geared for employees at various levels. The questions must bridge both environments. These questions will help Exec's down to the last hire understand the topic provided. We will also need 5 daily tasks, these can be short bursts of information max 140 characters in length. These tasks will be based on the topic and reinforced within the article created by you to help complete the circle of training topic. I will need a coaching and performance management article, we will provide you a template for how this works. We are also in need of a course assessment for each participant. This assignment requires a solid understanding of PowerPoint as we are also asking for someone who can populate an Overview .PPTX presentation along with a narrative script that follows the overview presentation. Think of this as you are creating the overview presentation but providing us a detailed explanation/script that we can use to deliver the training. This presentation will be created using our standard template and be provided once the article has been approved and proofed. We also need the creation of some self-taught exercises and group assignments that will reinforce our training topics. This assignment will also include creating 3-5 real-world training exercises performed in pairs Person A, Person B. These exercises need to be an overarching example of the specific training topic. This assignment has many moving parts so being agile is necessary.
