I need help with three things:
1) HVAC Design
2) Duct work and piping design for HVAC system. This will change the architecture and structural framework of the rooms. So, I will need help adjusting the design and completing the architectural design.
3) Material and structural Choices for internal architecture.
I'm looking for help designing the optimal HVAC system for a commercial warehouse. The warehouse will be split into 10 to 12 rooms. Each room will have its own environmental controls and will be regularly steam cleaned at 120C. 18 to 20 foot ceilings. The goal of the project is to design a very low cost, but efficient and effective system to take an existing empty warehouse and construct a set of 10 to 12 environmentally controlled manufacturing rooms. Each room is controlled separately. Some rooms may be hot (120C), while other rooms are cold (50F) at the same time. Each room is subject to high moisture and water. The last two rooms are cold rooms for storage and shipping. Those rooms will always be cold (35F).
I will also need help designing the internal structure more. I will need duct work and piping designed once the HVAC system is decided. I need help figuring out how much the HVAC system will cost.
I'm also looking for help on internal architectural design and building code regulations. The rooms need to be water tight and well insulated. So I will need to make important choices of materials to use for each layer of the framing, insulation, wall boards, floors and ceiling. They need to look clean and be easily cleanable. It also needs to be fairly cheap to modify an empty warehouse to achieve this.
