We have created a community of independent management consultants. Members must meet certain criteria to join the group. We have identified a number of individuals that meet our criteria. There is no fee to join and most people find the community very helpful, so it is a pretty easy job to get someone to join once we explain it to them. We find that there are network effects, so as we add members, the value to each of us goes up.
