We are looking for someone to be our VP of HR.
Position is fully remote, 5-10 hours/wk.
1) Set recruiting strategy for various roles we have,
2) Oversee the recruiters (who post jobs, do resume sourcing, schedule and do interviews, etc) and make sure that the recruiters are operating cost-effectively, and
3) Once all the interviews for a particular job are done, review all the candidates in one sitting to come up with recommendation on who we should hire.
This role is appropriate for a senior executive VP HR.
