Experienced Recruiter needed to do technology and healthcare IT recruiting for one of the leading company in Washington DC area! The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technology, administrative and health IT positions. Duties will include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, running background checks, and managing the onboarding process.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience, ideally for similar positions in the IT services sector. Must have advanced proficiency of MS Office, exceptional organizational skills, and strong communication skills.
This is an ongoing long-term temporary position. We have a need for more than one virtual recruiter.
