I own a business where customers use text messages to order food from stadiums and restaurants. I need a team of chat specialists who can work through a web tool to chat with these customers about what it is they are ordering and build an e-commerce cart based off each restaurant's menu. The team's ultimate goal is to take the "unstructured" text that comes in from customers and use it to build a final order that can be billed and sent to the restaurant's kitchen for fulfillment and delivery. This team needs to be fluent in their English language skills. They also need to be able to work very quickly as each e-commerce order will need to be built in less than 1 minute. Fast typing skills are a must as well here. In general good computer skills and the ability to work within a web-based tool. I say "team" because I will need the ability to schedule people to work certain days/times (dependent upon U.S time zones as well) and some days may be heavier than others. I can work with individual people as well but it would be easier if I could work with a company that could scale in and out depending upon expected volume per day. I may also have this group answer phones for our support phone # too so their English speaking language skills must be great as well.
