Hi, We are looking for a Technical Support representative with experience in Linux Systems, WHMCS, cPanel/WHM and Virtualizor. We currently have about 15-20 active tickets a month. We are looking for Freelancers Availability for 24x7 Coverage. Please let us know your availability in your cover letter. NOTE: Your availability is important to us do not send us a time where your not available working on other projects. As you will only earn hourly rate from us as you are working! Meaning Support Tickets. If we have no tickets in your queue and arn't actively working on anything pertaining to Boxne Network Solutions, we require you do not submit time worked. I am looking for someone to support me with creating soup to nuts the high level strategy, detailing best practices, problem points and all other aspects for this to be successful. This means for example creating documentation on the different aspects of below Improve CTR Improve Conversion Rate Improve user experience Improve Data gathering Improve Revenue This will include not just the items but what do. An example would be offer a pre-chat survey. Your documentation will need to include what the pre-chat survey would include. This is a comprehensive task and can offer more information upon request. Only interested in people that have proven track record consulting specific for live chat and has created documentation and support in deployment for a mid-size organization. This could potentially be an ongoing role if the person shows they are consistently scaling and supporting the growth of the use of Livechat.
