Hello We are looking for one person who will check our contact database and do everything needed to make it accurate and correct. With 20k records, the task will take commitment and dedication. It is a very simple task, however it is repetitive. You will look at each record, check for missing fields such as email address and find them by calling the contact to ask for the data. You will also correct any errors in the data such as multiple contacts with same email or same address. You must have great spoken and written English as you will be making phone calls as well as sending emails. This is very basic work and we will hire the most cost effective person who we believe can do a reliable job.

I need good Magento expert that knows how to do calls with 3rd party APIs - someone who can make short work of this. We're in the middle of building our wine-based e-commerce using Magento (version 2.1) and we need to interface with Shipcompliant that allows us to make sure that each checkout is validated since each state has different rules in shipping alcohol and our products have different levels of alcoholic content. https://shipcompliant.desk.com/?b_id=2759 That being said, we know which calls to make on the Shipcompliant API, we know the logic, the challenge is putting together proper module in Magento to make this work. Hello, Hope you are doing ok! I am looking for a Chinese based assistant for the following tasks. Short story : I have placed an order with a supplier and paid 30% deposit. The communication with the factory was excellent however once I transferred the money the sales rep has become very passive, she does not reply to my emails and so on. I sent them the money 2 weeks ago (and emailed the bank confirmation) and since I had only 1 email from the sales rep and she said that the mass production has been started. I am not entirely sure whether is true or not and why it was delayed a week but things have got so slow from her side. I can’t afford more delays on these products because I want them to be ready for Q4. Also I need some more details about box sizes and packaging. So I need somebody in China who would be able to contact the factory and speed things up, get another sales rep if needed and we need to get the information we need as quick as possible because I will have to schedule these items for shipping with other products from another factory. Following tasks need to be taking care of : - Get contact with factory and ask for required product details such as product dimensions, packaging details, carton dimensions and weight. I have the details of the main product however I ordered other items with smaller quantities. - The production time they asked was 45 days. We need to make sure that they can deliver the products within this time frame. - They put inserts in our main product with our logo and some texts on it but they need to send me the layout or format of the insert. Or just the size, for instance A4 paper or A5 or whatever. - I will arrange an inspection for the goods before shipping so I need a contact detail which I can pass to the inspection company - Speed things up. The assistant needs to call them every week to make sure production is going ahead. - To support any communication between me and the supplier I reckon it is about about a 15 hour job in total and mainly talking on the phone with the supplier and emailing with me and the supplier. We are a Service Company in California who works with a Window Covering's Manufacturer and serves their clients here in California. We measure windows and install shades for that manufacturer. We have over 15 technicians working out on the filed and over 10 Admin team working either in our California office or work form home. We are in need of a Customer Service / Dispatcher staff who dispatches measurement appointments and makes outbound calls to offer clients their timeframes. This is going to be a full time position Monday through Friday form 9am -6pm PST. This is a WORK FROM HOME Position. It requires, excellent English verbal skills as well as excellent communication skills. The candidate should be very fluent in English with very minimal. She/He should be very friendly and stay calm and patient under pressure. This is a customer service / dispatch position and candidate will be making about 20-30 outbound calls and will receive about 10-30 inbound calls per day.
