Hello, Looking for someone to handle all our shipping through Shipstation. Knowledge, expertise and involvement in Shipstation is a must! You also need to go through the Shipstation shipment list - and email ALL customers manually that are experiencing delays or late shipments. The idea is to be proactive then reactive when the customer calls. You would be refreshing orders every few hour on shipstation, making batches, and printing the labels that would print directly to our warehouse. You would be working mainly on shipstation doing all all the shipping, and checking on RMA statuses and updating that on our backend. Our vision is to build a single page web application that integrates with our existing proprietary Route Optimisation API and provides a simple, beautiful and intuitive user experience.
