1) Goal: Easy generator of invoices and credit notes, little repetitive manual work in creating and sending billing documents
2) Tasks the tool should be able to accomplish:
2a) create pdf downloadable documents (credit notes and invoices) according to the specific format set by user
2b) send the created documents to the respective parties as the customized email with individual attachment
3) General requirements:
3a) allow input of data as csv file containing all the info needed to create a document like the address details, document reference number, date of the document, items and amounts, banking details.
3b) Provide an easy interface combining automated & manual inputs - i.e. automatically apply VAT tax on top of the amount if the country of the recipient is Germany, automatically convert USD amounts to EUR if the recipient wishes to receive EUR
3c) provide visual view of the generated document
3d) have the capabilities to send individual emails from corporate gmail account with corresponding document in the attachment.
We’ll provide detailed information on the legislative input (tax, required information etc.) and smaller details when the project has started.
