I am currently looking for a VA's to work for my company Service Angels. I am based out of Canada and need a few VA/personal assistants to help with various task for my company and for my clients. This is part time for now but will grow into full time, I am looking for someone who is interested in growing with the company as there is room for growth and there will be lots to do over the course of the year and onwards.
Looking for a Candidate that is proficient in the following..
- Data and Market Research
- Social Media Management (Creating content for post, schedule future post, creating FB ad campaigns, comment and create engagement, share on several FB pages.)
- experience working with wordpress
- Able to create and follow a marketing plan
- Content writing - Sales copy, content editing, promotional copy. Pls show examples of your work
- Experience with Photoshop and basic design work (Pls show examples)
- Creating and updating spreadsheets (Do you know formulas?)
- Communicating to clients on behalf of company
- leadership skills, able to take initiative and make executive descisions
If there is anything you are not proficient in please let me know. Training will be provided for everything expcept photoshop. But we expect to you to know enough to run with this fairly quick.

- Must have good command of English written and verbal
- excellent writing skills
- loyalty and commitment to completion of assignments
- provide updates and have good communications skills
- Strong experience with MS Office, Excel, powerpoint
- Access to computer and skype (Very Important)
- Social Media experience, marketing and managing accounts
- organized and can meet deadlines
- strong VA experience
- Great attention to detail
- typing at least 55 words per min
- word press support
- comfortable making suggestions and managing assigned task effectively
- has great time management, can get a lot done in short amount time. Meaning this allows me to gauge how much work I can give you.
Training will be provided for all systems and work required. Looking for someone is who would like longterm work.
