We have patients who paid for services to help alleviate their migraines and other associated symptoms. They have never gone to their insurance carriers to have this reimbursed. They paid for a special laboratory and genetic workup and therapy and ongoing consultation. Virtually all of them have improved. We have drafted letters of medical necessity for these patients. We want to have them pursue getting reimbursed from their insurance carrier. I am looking for someone to help them do that. Compensation could be hourly or based on success.
