link to kicad project. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bym9XrdeViekWDZTSjZTRG1iTmM/view?usp=sharing hello , i have a project for you. this is an electric speed controller. this design is finished but i want to do 2 things to it. i want you to study it and design a way to join 2 together. i want you to join the positive and negative power inputs into the 1 and have them closer to the bottom of the pcbs. i want you to consolidate the parts so they share any parts that can be shared such as the voltage regulators usb and if possible the mcu. the second thing that i want you but is actually the priority, is do is make a second pcb using this current single pcb design and reduce it as much as possible. the current speed controller is made for 60v and rated for 100A i want to make one that is small and only rated to 10A at maybe 24v. the motor control ic that is currently used is the TI DRV8302 i want to replace that chip with the DVR8332 that has lower power ratings but also has...

I have a project that is using an intel Edison Arduino breakout board and Arduino Uno. I need it miniaturized on it's own PCB and micro-controller. The Arduino has 2 servos attached to it so I need something to make sure they work well too. If you know a better way to make this that doesn't involve Fritzing I am open to listening to your solution.

Features; - ESP8266 (ESP-01 is suitable but you can use any version with a pcb antenna) - Battery powered (we designed the battery, only battery pins needed, battery size is 50mm x 60mm x 3mm 1000-1400mah) - Charge board (TP4056 is suitable but you can use any module) - Slider switch that can cut the current from battery - Programmable via same mini-USB port for charging - No bigger than 25mm x 50 mm (as small as possible is better since it will be put into a id badge) I designed the software and compiled a prototype but I need the final product in a professional manner. It will be produced in a small scale but if demo success than we can produce a bigger batch.
