I'm not sure what category I should have chosen. I have about 6-8 forms that I would like to have set up with a relational data base so that we could fill in the forms online and they would auto populate to the other forms.
Then I have a long form that follows a transaction from talking to the seller to listing the house to getting a buyer to closing.
And another form that follows talking to a buyer to selling him a house to closing.
It would be nice to have the latter two forms set up with a relational data base, drop down lists (that I could add to for various appraisers, lenders, buyers, sellers, escrow officers, title companies, inspectors, etc.). If the property is on septic, then other questions need to be considered, type, when was it pumped. If on well, depth, gpm, etc.
These information needed in these forms will change from time to time as laws change or we see the need for additional inquiries, so I would want to be able to have...
