I want a custom indicator that will simply use the readfile function to plot in the data window and a separate indicator window the values of the CSV as a line. It has data for DATE and TIME , and is a leading indicator. The values must be able to be read and have outputs for my back-testing purposes used with another software program.

Hi, Summary: I need an external Expert Advisor Manager GUI for Metatrader 4 for Windows. The program should allow me to manage EA inputs on multiple terminals. Inside the GUI you should be able to select the EA you would like to manage and define its inputs as well as the Instrument it should run. Please see attached picture for further clarification. Description: The process starts by loading MT4-Terminals into the Application. Terminals are then named so you can identify them easily. Many broker use suffixes for their FX products (eg USD/JPY.efx) or have their own names for CFD products (GER30, DE30, German30 for DAX). The application should be able to identify them. Either by screening the terminals for all instruments and adding them to the application or else they by adding them manually for each broker terminal. Once you have added terminals and defined their instruments you load EAs to the application. For each terminal there is an Edit button that allows you to edit the inputs for the EA. you can load a .set file to use a preset or save the settings as default to be able to load the exact settings on the next terminal. After finishing the settings you click on GO! to open the selected terminal and place the EA onto the chart of the selected instrument. This process can be repeated for any number of terminals. Look forward to your applications.
