I need to get a live dashboard built that updates every minute. The data will be sourced out of MYOB Exo and Legrand CRM. Both of these are SQL based databases. Grange development is a Melbourne (Australia) based development firm that is experiencing a peak period of growth and as such we are in need of someone that can fill the role of both administration lead and executive assistant to myself as the director; as the role will be roughly 50/50 on each I have outlined the key responsibilities of each role: Executive Assistant: • Diary and email management • Personal assistant duties/requests as required • Personal bookkeeping and filing (cloud) Administration Head: • Bookkeeping and reconciliation – Xero • Managing our custom CRM • Managing other outsourced staff (up to 5 people at a time) • Data entry • Expenses management • Staff sales support • Managing marketing campaigns • Managing company accounts and website (mail chimp, website, CRM etc) • Other tasks as required. Hi, We've just switched over to Xero accounting from MYOB and require an expert to help guide us through some teething problems with the accounting process. We hope this can be you. We might need some assistance over the coming month or so - and possibly ongoing basis. Things such as accounting for purchases from China in $USD vs. our home currency ($AUD). Inventory bills that are approved aren't automatically going into inventory account. Some other key things with our accounting process that might help with minimizing our tax.

We are an Australian Nannying Agency. We will need fortnightly Monday support with our invoicing needs. Clients send us a timesheet and an invoice and we need to then use this information to invoice another client (as we are the middlemen). We use MYOB online software. Clients will be sending invoices and timesheets to your personal email you create for our business and you will need to upload these documents into our google business drive. A spreadsheet will need to be created to track incoming and outgoing invoice data each fortnight in order to show profit and sent to us by the end of that Monday. As time progresses, more tasks may be added and more clients are coming on-board each week but for now this job may take 2-4 hours. As competency is established, tax preparation will be required. Great English skills (as emails will need to be written to clients who have not sent in documentation) and great attention to detail is required.
