We are looking for an IT professional to assist us in a couple of projects.
Many of our team members work remotely or from their home computers. We need to create a protocol where we are protecting our data files and access to our email, programs, etc. We would like our team members to have the ability to log in from their home computer with a URL/UserID/Password and see their company desktop with all applications they use during their work day. Where they have to log in each shift and log off at the end. Possibly using Microsoft Intune. Not sure if that is an option to fit our needs.
I want to create a dashboard with all applications that I need my employees to use during their work day where they have to log in each shift and log off at the end. Someone told me to look into setting up Microsoft Intune. Not sure if that is what I need.
For example NOW when we hire a new employee we send them a welcome email and from their home computer they have to log into the following sites to work.
1. EMAIL log in information.
2. Their CRM log in information.
3. Invite to our shared files.

Where we retain control of the access. In the case of our information is on the home computer where someone is accessing our confidential files from Dropbox and deleting our company files or copying our confidential files.
Instead of all this we want to send them a link with user ID and Password. And once they log in their dashboard is set up with EMAIL, HIGHRISE CRM, Dropbox, etc.
In addition we also need to set up Company Skype account for all users.
And integration from workspace to outlook email set up for all users.
