Health/Medical background or related field required.
Daily review client records for care needs for support to field Care Managers. Researching database for resources, and other support functions for office and Manager. Updating CRM. Making phone calls to clients and doctor's and other providers as needed. A medical background and/or medical office experience is a plus. Also task include office admin support preparing newsletter, letter writing and mail merge in MS Word. Create reports using MS Excel, creating presentations in MS PowerPoint, social media and website updates and any other administrative task needed. Must have printer, computer (back up computer a plus), webcam, high speed reliable internet connection, good quality headset and a private and quite area/room to work.
Assignment Mon - Fri (some Saturday as needed) working 3 to 4 consecutive hours each day during US work hours between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time (GMA -6:00) This assignment's hours will increase up to 6 consecutive hours a day after preliminary training is complete. This is a long-term assignment and contract can renew every 6 months.
