I'm looking for an experienced Media Aggregator/Researcher/Archivist/Library researcher, preferably with a background in Oncology/Cancer/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare media monitoring/aggregation. Your role will be to collect articles from very specific news outlets, universities and companies related to oncology and health. Its very detail oriented and geared specifically to oncology. So you must feel comfortable in this area of news, and/or be very skilled with archives for articles, an eye for searching key-words, clinical studies, and research institutes.
You must be okay with making tight news deadlines based on New York time. You will also be responsible for sending out daily news feeds using a CMS system, so basic knowledge of CMS and HTML is required, as well as monitoring incoming e-mails.
This is for a part-time, freelance role (which, for the right candidate, could be extended to a permanent position).
