I am looking for a personal assistant that can do the following tasks on a daily basis. #1 Call me cell phone at 4:30AM and wake me up and remind me to eat and go to the gym. They need to have some suggestions on what i should eat and remind me of the exercises i need to work on that day ( i have a schedule i will give them) Must be able to call mobile phone numbers in the US. No Skype or IP phone . Whatsapp etc. #2 Follow up with me a few hours later to see how the workout went and verify that i did it. Ok so let's jump right into it. I need a scientific researcher for a growing fitness site I own. You should be well versed in the "evidence based" space in the fitness industry. Your responsibilities will include - Primarily be looking over articles I write and finding the relevant pieces of research to support my claims. - Interpreting research and summarizing it in a way that the everyday man or woman can understand. For example, if I write a blog post on protein requirements for people who lift weights, I would need you to find me the relevant pieces of scientific research to back up my claims. Note: I DO NOT do highly technical scientific/academic writing. My entire site is based around helping the average man/woman get in shape, lose weight, build muscle, and overall just build a body they are proud and happy with, without muddling everything in super technical terms. So while I want all my writing to be backed up with science, it's all written in a humorous/edgy style that the everyday person can understand.
