I didn't want to place this under personal assistant because I don't need every $2 VA on oDesk blindly applying for this position. I am looking for someone with skills and professionalism, who does quality work and expects to be compensated accordingly - not some lowball $2.22 an hour newbie who has zero experience or qualification to be doing marketing work. Granted, this is an assistant position, but still a far cry from $2/hr, which only tells me you really don't know what you're doing and are just desperate for work. I need people who know what they are doing. Please respect that. I am looking for someone with at least a foundational understanding of marketing and advertising functions, with a good eye for aesthetics and solid base of common sense, who would like an opportunity to build on that and continue to learn and grow along with this position. Your specific responsibilities and tasks will include things like: Drafting posts for social media marketing and posting...
