We are looking for someone to assist in setting up Quickbooks properly for our Vacation Villa Rental and Property management business. We need one system that provides us with accurate and timely accounting for the company and also provides our homeowners with accurate and timely monthly property management statements that are easy to read. Those statements need to detail and distinguish between expenses related to occupancy and ongoing expenses unrelated to occupancy aswell as provide income and occupancy figures on a monthly and year to date basis. We haven't been able to get Quickbooks to do all of this for us to date. Looking for someone who can set this up for us and then perhaps consult with us going forward. In an ideal world they would also be a propertyware expert

Hello I have a new and growing property management office. I need to balance the books and its not my field of normal duties. I use a management software that tract what my actual bank account status should be but I cant get them to match ever.
