I am being overwhelmed by opposing council to respond to my interrogatories. I am in the process of going through a palimony lawsuit. It is now my third year and I need assistance in responding to the interrogatories that are being asked by opposing council. I would like help to create the drafts that I would forward to my attorney. At present I am being charged by my attorney to redo the drafts that I submit and I would to present a cleaner first draft so that my legal fees can be reduced. It would help if you have experience in California Family Law, although the palimony is being pursued by Civil Law. (Contract) George Garcia

I am looking for someone with MLS access to provide me with accurate comp data and do ARV (after repair value) home valuations. I need someone who has GOOD contact and someone who will always be reachable through text, skype etc. I run a business where we buy distressed properties, when we get leads of people who want to sell their distressed property (usually homes in need of alot of repair) when I send you an address, you have to be able to look up that address, find recently sold comparative properties in the local area of the address I provide and then send me all the comp data as well as come up with a general valuation of the after repair value of the address I send you. This will be a job with many ups and downs, sometimes alot of valuations and sometimes not many but what I'm looking for is someone who I can count on! We will discuss a fixed rate per comp analysis or an hourly rate if you would like. Thanks!
