Details I need someone to call leads and effectively schedule good appointments. I want someone with a Win/Win attitude = meaning when you do great work and I win sales, you too will Win additional money for doing a great job! Requirements - this person must be: - very proficient in speaking English - willing and able to learn the needed materials to make the calls more effective - have the ability to make calls to the United States (using a computer, headset, and WiFi) - Use VOiP and CRM (you will have your own account that you control) - be able to think and respond quickly to a lead's question or objection - be a great communicator - MUST take GREAT NOTES and document EACH and EVERY CALL - be persistent but pleasant at the same time - must be adaptable and willing to take on any assigned duties - Above all = set appointments! (the hours for calling are U.S. EST Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) - I will dedicate up to 40 hours per week at $10 per hour. Based on the specific assignment, with the leads, and the hours to call on them; you should be able to set between 40-50 appointments per week. For the appointments that become a sale, you WILL be receiving $10 additional compensation for each paid and accepted business for those appointments you make! So the higher the quality of your work, the more likely a great appointment that will lead to a sale. If all goes VERY well, then I will be sending out weekly assignments.
