We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales/Marketing/Project Manager who will take on the management of key projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope for a new startup venture we are launching. We are an established consulting company in the early stages of launching a client in-home, one to one tutoring services company.

Excellent opportunity for the right project manager to come in on the ground floor to showcase what you can do. This will be a fast development role! You’ll be tasked with the new website design, social media marketing strategy; focusing on Linkedln, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, blogs, newsletters and be responsible for the execution of all social media activities and eventually manage field marketing representatives that will call on schools, other children related businesses, local Chamber of Commerce and other networking meetings. This role is all about creation market awareness by creating social media campaigns, paid online advertising campaigns and calls-to-action strategies that drive target customers to the client.
You will develop, coordinate and manage ad agency relationships.
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
-Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
-Ensure resource availability and allocation
-Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, including analytics for paid advertising and organic search
-Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
-Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
-Report and escalate to management as needed
-Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks
-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
-Responsible for articulating and communicating the client's vision, goals and objectives through development of the project work plan during the planning phase.
-Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other relevant field
-5 years of demonstrated technology marketing experience required
-Proven working experience in digital marketing and project management
-Applied knowledge of the different types of marketing methodologies required to develop true end to end marketing campaigns (digital, social, direct, account-based, etc.) is essential
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment
