I work while traveling a lot and use various 'public use' wifi routers and my own Mifi device. I would like to learn how to penetration test these routers, preferably using Kali Linux and learning via Skype. This is probably best charged by the hour. Thank you, Loki Edit: I am editing the job here so that it remains active.

I'm looking for someone with a lot of experience in using behat with mink and selenium2 (use with a headless testing environment is also a benefit) to help mostly with writing and fleshing out a test suite for my application. We are looking for an experienced QA tester with great Ruby on Rails knowledge. We haven't written enough tests, but want to make sure that our current application get's all of the tests we need to make sure we have a more secure feeling of deploying to production. For this we would like to use a mix of testing techniques, Rspec, Model testing, Controller Testing, View Testing. Automated testing via Selenium. But also API testing against test and production, so we can verify that production is still operating as it should. We really looking for someone that has the experience to work mostly alone and has done this before. Also it's important to have attention for detail so as a trick we want everyone that reads this to start the reply to this job post with two words, thumbs up. If not we know you have read this post at all ;-)

We are looking for someone that can make automated tests to verify that our API is working correctly. We love to use RAML as a tool to describe the API but also have it be an executable set of documentation so we can verify that the implemented URL is actually working according to the RAML specification. We are looking for someone who already has the experience and has an eye for detail, so the only posts that I will be reading are the ones that start with the 2 words, thumbs up. It's a way to respect to what we write in these descriptions ;-) Also if you have a better idea of how to test API and document them, please let's have a discussion. For example if you have experience with Ruby on Rails an swagger, let's talk.

Hello, Ahead of each new release of our app: SimpleTix I would like you to do a "smoke test" This means clicking through every page on the public side and back-end. I'll give you all the urls. Click each button on the page, e.g. so all the different pop-ups, and other child pages and tested too. If you see any error / .net exception errors record the url on a google spreadsheet. Good quality of work - you will catch any issue. If there's an error that is missed and not reported - this will be bad quality of work.

I need an experienced QA engineer who can discover bugs in a small learning management SaaS application. You'll be asked to create a "task" for each bug you find and ensure that the devs have enough information to fix the bug. You'll also be asked to check the devs bug-fixes, to ensure that the issues are resolved. You'll also be asked to write a formal step-by-step QA procedure for the app, so that you can repeat the process for every release of the app.
