Small Cloud-based software company requires part time bookkeeper office manager to work approx 10-15 hours a week.
Characteristics of Ideal Candidate
-learns new technologies easily
-Quickbooks certified and comfortable with latest versions both desktop and online
-is comfortable and fluid with google sheets & excel
-understands the full accounting cycle
-naturally inclined to meet timelines and keep others informed of details
-At least 2-4 experience with similar full-charge responsibilities required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or comparable education strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include- but not limited to:
Record daily transactions for multiple entities in QuickBooks regarding: accounts payable, sales invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash.
Monthly close including reconciliations and periodic audits of provisioned software
Process payroll and HR administration
Office management including procurement of office supplies and other services, administrative work supporting the management team
Accounts payable - electronic bill pay + checks
Accounts receivables setup with large company customers
Misc accounting related projects
