We are an importer/distributor of construction materials, natural stone and concrete pavers. We also manufacture pavers using raw materials overseas.
We currently use very manual processes and excel spreadsheets to manage the inventory and stock. This is not viable anymore as we have multiple warehouses with their own stock and products are being sold online and through multiple channels such as through our magento store, ebay and in store.
We need a system that will manage all of this but still be affordable.
Some of our main requirements that we need the system to accomodate to are:
-managing inventory between mutliple warehouses
-preorder sales (selling products with long ETA at reduced price)
-cross stock (moving stock between multiple warehouses)
-refunds/returns of products and re-stocking back into inventory
-live stock synchronisation with our Magento Ecommerce store.
-cost of goods sold factoring in the freight time and exchange rates
-identify slow moving stock
-automatic re-ordering of stock from suppliers
-alerts for low stock
-identify most profitable products
-barcoding (currently not doing this)
-ageing of inventory (how long stock has been sitting for)
-forecasting/ reports/ dashboards
-integrate with Magento, ebay
-we use Xero for accounting, this can be changed if required
-integration with OroCRM (we would prefer not to use the CRM from a proposed system as ours is perfect for what we need)
We are after someone who is familiar with all different ERP/Inventory management systems and can provide us direction on which system would be most cost effective but still provide us with all the features we require.
