We are looking to develop a web-based, mobile-optimized quiz/survey. The survey must also integrate with the AWeber email service. Users' survey answers are submitted alongside their email address to the AWeber service using hidden form fields on survey completion. Users on a landing page proceed through the survey, and as they answer each question, their answers are temporarily stored in a MySQL database or cookie. At the end of the survey, users are prompted to enter their email address to receive the results. The user enters their email, and their email address and survey answers are submitted to AWeber. In addition to the form submission, at the end of the survey, based on their answer to one specific question in the survey, users are also immediately redirected to a specific landing page URL. Several key features are REQUIRED: 1) Email pass-through. BEFORE starting the survey, the survey software needs to read the URL request for the landing page, and if that URL contains an email variable, that email address should be PASSED THROUGH to AWeber WITHOUT the user needing to re-enter their email address to see their results upon survey completion. In other words, Case 1.a. A user requests survey.html with no URL variable. They proceed through the survey and are prompted to enter their email address at the end to see their results. All of the survey answers + email are submitted to AWeber. Case 1.b. A user requests survey.html?email=example@exampledotcom. The user proceeds through the survey, and at the end, they are not prompted to enter their email. The survey software reads the email address in the URL request and automatically inserts it into the form. They are simply shown a button that says ex: "Take me to my answers!" All of the survey answers + email are submitted to AWeber. 2.) Based on their answer to a specific question in the survey, users are immediately redirected after survey submission to one of several URLs. Case 2.a. A user proceeds through the survey and reaches question #6. That question has four (4) possible answers: Answers A, B, C, and D. If the user selects answer A, after completing the survey they are redirected to a DIFFERENT URL than a user who selected answer B. Each of the four possible answers results in a user being redirected to a unique landing page for that answer after survey completion. 3.) The survey software should be built in such a way that, with your help, it can later be altered/replicated for additional surveys. In other words, ultimately, we want to have several of these surveys that lead people through different questions, take them to different landing pages after completion, etc. for different sales funnels. If we use the first survey you build to sell our first product, we want to be able to quickly sell the next product with a new survey and not start completely from scratch. Based on the success (and code) of this first project, we will have several more identical projects to hire you on. 4.) The survey MUST be completely mobile-compatible, and load quickly in any browser. Approximately 60% of our traffic is on mobile/tablet devices, and page load times and compatibility will greatly affect our ability to send paid traffic to the survey. 5.) The AWeber submission will be done through a simple web form, NOT via the API. Adding users to AWeber through the API rather than through a web form incurs significant penalties (ex: confirmed opt-in) that are not acceptable. So good news, you don't need to learn the AWeber API. 6.) Project should be completed as soon as possible. We are ready to start working with you immediately, and are ready to provide whatever support you need. Ideally, project completion in under two weeks. 7.) Here is a working/live example of exactly what we need. We have a business relationship with the guys behind this survey, and we need it to be nearly identical.
