Hi, As a cafe business, we're after a business process automation tool, preferably a web interface to automate our catering order process through our cafes, with a client end to pick and choose the catering packages we offer, a manager front end for the business to manage the catering orders with a calendar view to manage the catering orders day by day, and a sysadmin side to control and see all the catering orders done across all our businesses. Problem: Currently we have a manual process to take our catering orders, in which the customer sends our onsite cafe an email requesting our catering menu, after which back and forth emails are done between the customer adn the manager organizing the catering orders. After which each day all the catering orders that required to be delivered on site are manually written on a piece of paper, this results in issues with catering orders/wrong deliveries and even catering orders delivered on the wrong day or even the wrong customer. Solution: A business process automation software, preferably a web interface in which the customer gets to see the catering menus, pick the package, put in their cost centre/pay directly online using their credit card. WIth a cutoff date where modifications can be made to the catering, as well as location/tel etc.. information (easy to use gui tool for the customer). ON the manager end gets to see all the catering orders that were placed, ability to follow up these orders with the customer, as well as calendar view to see all the catering orders that are present per date. This system has to be able to handle large volume (e.g. we do approx 50-100 catering orders a week), as well as track invoices that have been paid for etc...
