Cold Calling Candidates and Clients
Posting & Reviewing resumes in Job board
Source, engage and quality candidates to facilitate timely hiring and greater volume of candidates in the recruitment lifecycle
Own scheduling: coordinate candidate and vendor kick-off calls, phone screens, interviews, travel arrangements and debrief meetings
Support event planning (e.g., campus activities, job fairs and internship program activities) and maintenance of recruiting calendar of events
Data management: maintain ATS, job boards, invoices and maintain relevant recruiting metrics and reports
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages;
Attend meetings to record minutes;
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
Make travel arrangements for executives;
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email;
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work;
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software;
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
